Preparation and filing of U.S. applications, including coordination of filings based on an existing foreign application. We review the record, objectives, and proposed scope before proceeding.
PCT national stage
Support with the U.S. national stage of an international application under the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Filing dates, required materials, and instructions are reviewed for the particular matter.
Examiner responses
Analysis of USPTO objections, proposed claim amendments, and examiner interviews when appropriate. We explain the choices so you and your client can make informed decisions.

For foreign patent counsel
We agree on the division of work, reporting preferences, and approval process at the outset. Your instructions and your client's commercial objectives guide the U.S. engagement. We can coordinate with your team on drafting, examiner responses, and continuing portfolio decisions.
For international businesses
You receive an explanation of the U.S. work involved, anticipated professional fees, and separate government charges. Where another jurisdiction is involved, we coordinate with appropriately qualified local counsel. Our role is U.S. representation before the USPTO.
Our communications are in English. If translated materials or language assistance are needed, we discuss arrangements and costs before work begins.
